Description by Gluckman Mayner Architects This four,four hundred-sq.-foot residence assembles a transparent and logical collection of areas on two flooring, linked by an axial hall and stair lined with a translucent channel glass wall. The bottom flooring consists of Entry, Kitchen, Eating and Dwelling, in addition to a Visitor Bed room. The primary dwelling area options flooring-to-ceiling glazing with views to the outside, and an oak ceiling that rises from the Eating space to create a double-peak area, illuminated by a skylight above the fireside, within the Dwelling space. The higher degree consists of Grasp Bed room with Research and two further Bedrooms, with a stepped deck that affords views of the pool and terrace on the rear of the property and results in an higher rooftop sundeck.
