Entry to the home is comprised of the east aspect, by a ramp that serves as a transition between the extent of the road and the primary and repair entrances. On the intersection of the 2 volumes of the L, a void broadcasts the primary entrance, that inward, via its transparency, reveals the central courtyard and results in the totally different areas of the home. The inside areas are immediately related to the patio, although protected by the porch, that externally unifies the totally different areas of the home as intensifies the every day experiences of the household. The lounge is an ample area, the place the eating and dwelling areas are generally organized, spatially extending to the outside by means of pure mild. The quantity, easy and compact, is coated by an opaque ventilated façade made from prefabricated black textured concrete panels on its public surfaces, while its inside partitions, dealing with the personal patio, are absolutely open by means of their transparency.
