Konstantin Andreev splashes an artists paint palette of colours over textured brick wall, work, and eating chairs to create an area injected with character and youth.

The steps seem to drift beneath the clear glass balustrade in the direction of a big couch with adjustable sides and again rests, which fold out to rework using area, good for the sociable open plan nature of the scheme.
