There’s something incredibly soothing about gazing out at a well-tended lawn. Tall fescue is sturdy and tough, making it an excellent choice for play areas. Its roots grow deep, making it resistant to dry spells, but like any grass, it appreciates a good soaking. Overall, it prefers things on the cool side, but it can also thrive in full sun and under partial shade.

Ryegrass – A versatile, hearty grass from Europe, its rapid growth and resistance to abuse make it the grass of choice for public parks and playing fields, whilst its dark green beauty ensures it remains a mainstay of private lawns. It can handle some shade, and its deep roots help it withstand heat and dry weather. Ryegrass requires regular watering but rewards you with a durable and attractive lawn.
